★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai commandé il y a environ 2 mois. Il y a 2 semaine, un jeudi, j'ai téléphoné pour savoir quand ils viendront. La personne m'a dit: je fais le message à l'installateur, il va te rappeler. Une semaine et 6 jours plus tard, il rappelle pour me dire qu'il vient porter le stock jeudi le 1er avril (est-ce un poisson d'avril?). Jeudi soir il m'appelle pour me dire que ce sera vendredi. Il est 20h27 et je n'ai toujours pas le stock? Nous voulons encourager nos locaux mais.... et ce n'est pas la première fois que nous n'avons pas de retour pour des demandes de soumissions.
Quand sera-t-il de la pose?
I ordered about 2 months ago. Two weeks ago, on a Thursday, I called to find out when they will be coming. The person told me: I send the message to the installer, he will call you back. A week and 6 days later, he called back to tell me that he was coming to carry the stock on Thursday April 1 (is it an April fool?). Thursday evening he calls me to tell me that it will be Friday. It's 8:27 p.m. and I still don't have the stock? We want to encourage our locals but .... and this is not the first time that we have not had any feedback for requests for quotes.
When will he be laying?
