I have been there for oil changes a few times. Terrible services. They even don't give you a sticker to let you know when you should return for the next change. Probably people never come back. At other shops, usually oil change comes with basic inspection. Here they do nothing.

While a smaller outfit, the guys here give you the feeling that they will take care of you, never trying to sell you anything you don't need. Definitely a shop that I can trust! ICBC approved as well!

I came here to do an ICBC claim. It started out friendly enough. Their staff was understanding and tried to get me the best deal they could. After a week of repairs I came back to see that my car had an amateur job done. Before I could even look at the car they asked me to sign the ICBC form. There was bubbling in the paint and hazy orange peel reflection. I was unhappy with the job and asked for them to fix it. Ben, the staff there said that it was possible they had their junior staff working on it and may have caused these issues. They promised me it would be fixed. Coming in the second time after the 'fix' took another few days. They presented me a car that was dusty and unwashed as if they were hiding something. I noticed that the paint bubbling was still there and told them that the dust must have gone in before the paint was done. We took photos pointing at every damage and Ben ensured that he would go back to the painter with 30 years experience to fix it. Came back a third time to see the car unwashed and not vacuumed. At this point Ben shoved me the keys and said they buffed the car and tried their best. I looked at it and the same problems were there. At this point Ben informed me that ICBC would only require them average standards and that their company was only willing to do average work. Even though he admitted that dust must have gone in before the paint, he was unwilling to repaint or fix the issues. He claimed that in their process doing it over would have the same results and as such would be enough to pass ICBC standards. He said best take it up with ICBC because there's nothing he would be willing to do with it anymore. Now I'm stuck with a car that has more paint bubbles in it than before the car was repaired. I'm filing another claim with ICBC but will take another 72hours to return. By then autowest would not hold any responsibility. All in all, pour quality control. Labeled as a Christian place but work ethics did not reflect as such. Used ICBC standards as an excuse to do a good job. I would not recommend this place as they basically just wanted to rush me out.

I was grateful that my car has been moved to this second repair shop here. Ben and Maurice discussed patiently how the car will be fixed after got the ICBC claim assured. They really listened to what the customer expected. I finally achieved beyond my expectations! Not just the car was rescued from being "write off". They fixed it in a perfect shape. They look customer as the first priority indeed. Much appreciated your good job done!

I’ve been using them for almost 8 years, they took care of my civic and Audi. Never had any problem with them. The owner is a super nice guy. He would sometime drive your car back to you if you don’t have time to pick up the car. You can tell he cares about cars and his customer. Absolutely reliable and great customer service.
