I just bought my GMC Savanah 2500 van from Autotron and was very happy with my experience there. Yoni was up front and answered all my questions. He even answered when I asked how much the van would cost if covid wasn't around and there were no shortages. Purchased my 3rd truck from Autotron, as always a pleasure to deal with. Truck had a cracked brake light lens and Yoni ordered a new one in and replaced it right away. Highly recommended!!!!

I was looking for a 12 seater passenger van..i found Autotron on net and reached Yoni the salesmanager. When i went there i was so impressed with his attitude, level of service and his jolly nature along with the best deal he provided. I am happy that i found Yoni and completed my deal successfully. Autotron is the best place for commercial vehicles. Their extended warranty is awesome.

Dealt with Autotron and purchased a Triton Trailer. Company and staff were welcoming, honest, trustworthy and proficient. Very positive experience and price was reasonable. Staff went out of their way to licence the vehicle in a very timely manner as I waited. I would recommend Autotron to my family, friends and anyone looking for a vehicle.

Hear this, hear this... I changed my review down from 5 to 2 stars, and it's quite a story. TL;DR: seller didn't want to fix their delivery error, withholding $700 worth of tires for 12 months and delivering brakes below the promised condition. I bought a Ford Transit 350HD (104,000 km) in Feb 2021, was happy with the purchase. They delivered from Ontario (Toronto) to Quebec City. They told me the vehicle had All Season tires (6 of them), so I told them to add winter tires and rims (which I paid for) so they could drive to Quebec (here it's mandatory) and bring the spare tires in the cargo space. They also told me that the brakes were more than 50% in their inspection, which I trusted. Fool me. One month after the delivery, when I went to change the tires, I realized that the other set was ALSO winter tires. I had two sets of 6 winter tires. It's their mistake, Autotron delivered the wrong product and Yoni did not want to take responsibility, wanted me to pay from my pocket to ship the tires to Toronto. After multiple calls, some threats of me calling the consumer protection, and me escalating the issue to the company administration, they agreed that I could sell the tires (which I tried but failed) and would give me a small refund for the loss of market price, or they could bring it back from Quebec City whenever they brought a vehicle to Toronto and then refund me fully. In the summer 2021, only 6,000km later, I brought the van for an oil change and the shop owner told me the rear brakes and discs were done, need to replace, $600. If the brakes were at least 50%, then it would have lasted more than 6,000km. So they lied, right? Around March 2022 (so one year after the purchase), they finally manage to bring the tires to Toronto. I will not waste lines explaining how Yoni had a bad attitude and did not want to pick up the tires a couple of kilometers away from where the truckers would be. Luckily, I spoke directly to the truck driver and they were nice about it. Four weeks after the tires were returned, after many calls and an email cc'ing his adminstrator, Yoni finally deposited the refund in my account. Note that he would always promise to deposit "next Friday, don't worry my friend". Moral of the story: Yoni and Autotron is very nice when you are buying, they will promise anything. But they will not move one finger if there's a single mistake on their side, and their inspection is not to be trusted. Never again, Autotron, never again. Very positive experience dealing with Yoni at Autotron. He is professional, honest and generous, although these days it is a seller's market. He still gave us a great deal, even some free shelving for our van. Thank you Yoni

(Edited) Owner stepped in and paid back money that was overcharged) We signed for a fixed price then it was changed to an extra $390 when we picked up the vehicle. He said it was the bank who added extra interest when it was really him charging us for the safety that Autotron was suppose to pay for. And they didn't even give us the paperwork for the safety. Also signed for the 60 month finance plan and was changed to 72 months when we picked up the truck. Be careful here and read the small print over and over again cause Autotron will sneak in extra charges at the last second.
