Usually I walk out of a shop to find dings and new scratches. I returned to find my car washed and professionally serviced.They even went out of their way to let me know about safety concerns on the vehicle. Top notch service, fair pricing, and incredible work. Real gear heads, that get excited about horsepower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go-to place for transmission issues! I don’t often post reviews but after my experience with Al and his team at Automatic Plus Transmissions, I had to share. I usually look forward to visits to mechanics the same way I do dentists, expecting a painful and expensive experience. However, Al and his team put my mind at ease. I was recommended to Automatic Plus by my usual mechanic so right there is a huge endorsement; these are the guys that mechanics go to for solutions –they are THAT good. I was sent there with transmission issues for my 2007 Mazda 3. Al took the time to diagnose and explain the issues to me (no ‘mansplaining’ here ladies!) and went over the solution/costs and then…fixed the problem! My car is running like a dream now. Everyone working there is highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and professional – and just all around a great team…and when you meet Al you know why. This was the best experience I had with a mechanic thus far and it is the only place I will ever trust to use or recommend to my family and friends…and all you fine internet folk out there! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al saved me thousands of dollars! I was recommended to Automatics Plus through another auto service shop in Richmond Hill to look at my transmission. I called Al and my issue was instantly treated with urgency and care. He told me to bring my vehicle in so that he can take deeper look at the problem. Once he carefully checked my vehicle, he called me to tell me that there are actually 2 recalls on my vehicle. I called Toyota and they confirmed the recalls were related to my issue. I was so relieved to know that I didn’t have to pay thousands of dollars to fix my car anymore. I am so appreciative of the service I received from Al at Automatics Plus. He is a true expert with great integrity and exceptional customer service. Thank you for your honesty and the thoughtful service you provided me.
