★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this company. While the lost luggage was the fault of our airline, the customer service at Skyport was unacceptable. When I had called to check in on luggage and ask if it could be here sooner than 8:30-10:30(PM) as myself and my boyfriend were on a short timeline, the individual on the other end laughed at me and was not understanding or accommodating. I'm not one to leave negative reviews -- but to airlines, I would recommend to not work with this company as it reflects poorly on your airline. To anyone else, be wary of customer service.
