★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an issue with my Alcolock (IID). Tried explaining the best I could what happened (stressful situation).
One of the older guys at the front desk (Not Richard) told me no one was here to resolve the situation, and just shrugged his shoulders as if there was no hope for me. My family on both sides run their own businesses, and would never blow off a client like that.
