J	Jonathan De Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars were all washed but i guess because of the wind and dust they were all busy. We came to see a car but there wasn't a salesperson to come greet us. We waited and looked at other cars but still no one came to greet us. I did send a message on messenger let them know we were there but no answer. As well it was difficult to get an answer via email or messenger in a timely delay. Maybe i will ask for s specific time and day way in advance.
A	Ashfaak Mooradun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very eager to go see a Speed3 they have.. i even call me insurance to get a quote but i was so dissapointed by the service they provided to me. I took a look around the car then i wanted to see the inside and engine compartment.. i was told to go speak to Julien he will help me.. 1st thing Julien told me was if i will finance the car or pay cash.. and was insisting to know it.. I was like thats very odd for a dealer to know 1st thing if i will finance the car or pay cash. I havent even took a decision or even had a good look at the car yet. He said if i decide to finance the tax % will bw 29% since i look young.. since i look young ??!! Anyway took me inside his office and said 'i see you had a good look of inside and started the engine already..' i was like 'no, i only had a look around the car and thats it' ... maybe he took me for someone else?? Then took a piece of paper out of a drawer then said 'the car got check engine light on, handbrake doesnt work, rust spots and windshield is cracked'... i felt he really trying to push me away. After he put his piece of paper back in his drawer and said 'alright, thank you' without me able to say anything. Didnt had the chance to discuss anything with him like if he can start it up or open the door at least.. listed at $5500 for all these issues, maybe he couldve talk about a deal..nothing Anyway, I thanked him and got out of there. I'll keep looking for a new car but defo wont go there soon.

I have a check engine light 2 days after my purchase obviously they cleared before. Peace of advice bring the car to your own mechanic and don’t believe anything they say about the car condition

I had visited a few dealerships and to be honest I don't know how some people can be so rude and disrespectful to clients and potential buyers. I was discouraged. I kept seeing adds on kijiji of cars that auto st-hubert was posting. Really nice cars/suv's and fairly priced. So I finally saw a diesel cherokee that they had and I decided to go check it out. I was anticipating same bad service as the other places and to find surprises on the car. However when I got there it was the opposite. The guy was super helpful, patient and respectful. The car was beautiful, fell in love right away. If you guys are looking for good used cars, great services and friendly people, go check them out. I would definitely highly recommend them.
V	Vavel Murday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife went to buy a car cash on a rainy day, the salesman a colored man like us didn't express himself well and started shouting and yelling like a savage to us . I still can't forget that moment I was going to phone the police but my wife stopped me from. I will never go there again and would never recommend any friend of mine to go there. Mr the owner please before accusing me of touching your salesman you better view your camera if you have one and better apologize instead. Most of the comments below said there's a lack of customer service. Just don't invent whatever came from your mind to hide your bad attitude. I think you don't know the real meaning of RESPECT but yeah you know what is hiding behind your LIES.9 Do you know what is the consequences of accusing someone with false allegation as per article 140(1) under the Canadian law? So please try to be honest with yourself. Good for you for removing your comment saying that I tried to attack your salesman I've screeshot this comment for my record. Don't worry about for me to phone and talk to you as I've been always respectful to your salesman. I won't even come to that place again ?.
K	Kevin Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on Saturday and I saw a car that I liked, so on Monday morning I decided that I would buy it and I called them to tell them that I would buy that car and they said that it was still available and I could buy it, so I went that same Monday afternoon to finalize the purchase and they only told me that they had already sold it to another person!

I went with my parents on a Thursday night really close to closing and Maxime was amazing he didn't rush us and answered all of our questions. I absolutely love my suv and I am constantly trying to find reasons to drive it. If you're looking for a used car at a good price I highly recommend Auto St-Hubert.
