S	Steve Dash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was done under a different name, but we went in for a windshield replacement on a Honda Civic. The technicians name was Max. After the replacement was done, the front camera no longer functioned. We were told it sunny needed to be recalibrated, and to return at a later date to have that done. We did just that, but then found out that Max broke the camera during the install. We were told to go see Jason at Dow Honda who would fix it off the books. When we got there, Jason couldn't do anything about it because he did not have the part. Mario from Ottawa Auto Glass was to get this done. Almost two years later and after many follow up phone calls, we never got it repaired.

He came to where I was, was very professional, polite and efficient. The window was pretty messed up, and it was a challenge to remove it, but he kept at it and replaced everything. Glass was everywhere in my car and the rep vacuumed my whole car to make sure he left no glass behind. I will be recommending this company to everyone. Huge stress relief after having my car broken into. Thank you!!

At the end, I decided that the quote was reasonable and that I would pay it out of pocket instead of using the authorization from my insurance. My bill ended up being $200.00 dollars more than what was quoted. Apparently my windshield was more expensive.

So I asked them to do so, but they refused. They gave a discount of 100 dollars. So I went with The Glassmobile, who did a great job. Wouldn't have been an issue if they did not have that on their website, but they chose to have that, and also chose to not honor it. I don't do business with people who start out by being disingenuous .
