Thanks to Jonathan for the great service he gave me. He explained the vehicle purchasing process to me very well and guided me through all the steps to follow. I had an unpredictable glitch with the vehicle and the team took care of me as quickly as possible. Very nice team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun bon commentaire et riens de bon que dés problèmes et personnelle vraiment pas professionnel..me fait à croire que le véhicule a passée l’inspection mais le moteur est sauté Gasket fini thermostat jamer et radiateur boucher….et si tu me sort ton esti de niaiserie qui dit que mon nom est pas dans ton système j’peux te dire que j’ai tout les papiers ici avec moi et numéro de contrat et tout pour te le mettre dans face…j’ai autre chose à faire que m’acharner sur dés compagnie…
No good comments and nothing good but problems and really unprofessional personal.. makes me believe that the vehicle has passed the inspection but the engine is blown Gasket finished thermostat jamer and radiator clogged….and if you get me your estimate nonsense that says that my name is not in your system I can tell you that I have all the papers here with me and contract number and everything to put it in your face…I have other things to do than me pursue dice company…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally wrote a good review while waiting at the dealership because the one guy Jonathan was nice, and I loved the CRV I bought. But when I got there the vehicle was on summer tires. I expressed my concern about driving on summer tires since it wintertime in Quebec and it wasn't even legal to drive with summer tires. He knew I had come from Montreal and had to drive back to Montreal on summer tires.
He told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle, I had someone come with me to check for rust and stuff. we took it out for a test drive, it was good except the tires. We went into a parking lots and had a hard time getting out and there was only about an inch of snow! They wouldn't take any money off to compensate for the tires, actually they took off $95.00.of $7995.00. I bring the vehicle into my garage in Montreal to get winter tires put on, my garage tells me that my summer tires are completely finished!!!!! The garage told me to contact them to get them to pay for the tires, and they did a complete inspection and 2 front shocks need to be done. The garage told me to get them to pay for the repairs. These guys are snakes for letting me take off with finished winter tires! I thought it would be ok as long as I went slow, thank God I didn't get into an accident! Make sure you check everything with them. Ill be contacting the Quebec Consumer protection for used vehicles, Ill contact them right now and update my review to let you know what they did to right the wrong.
