They advised me that the shoes I ended up buying can be brought back for cleaning and repairs if needed, something I wasn't aware of. The guy helping me was very helpful and I will definitely return if I am in the market for another pair of blunderstones

Despite the business having the restriction of only 3 customers at a time, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to pre-arrange customers needs outside for less of a wait. None of the stores at the Eaton Center had size 13 Blundstones in brown, but this store had a great selection, including two different colours in my size. Prices are on par with other retailers. I would recommend.

It is nice to have assistance from people who know their products and their inventory. The people there are so pleasant, professional and quick! It is a pleasure to shop at this store and yes, I will only buy my Blundstones from this store. Thank you!

β β β β β I am happy with my purchase and it is a nice clean store. The customer service ( it it can be called that ) I recievd from one employee in particular almost caused me to walk out in disgust. Had i not been with my wife and had the other employees not been very nice I most assuredly would have left. When I tried on the first pair of boots I found them too stiff on the top . The employee's response was beyond rude. It was downright confrontational.

β β β β β The only place I will ever buy Blundstones and R.M Williams!!! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have the boots you are looking for they will always try to get you want you want, even checking stock at competitors. Will be coming back every time I need a new pair!!

β β β β β I walked in with my winter blunnies, that over the last 5-6 years have shown some aging - rubber sole disintegration and seaming coming off where it meets the leather.
I was definitely willing and expecting to pay repair costs, but the sweet lady JO honored the warranty and offered me a brand new pair in less than 5 mins.
Loved the amazing customer service and I'm happy to see them get behind the quality of the product as well as elevate the trust of customers! Been going to this store and referred many for years and will definitely come back for more.
The shine on the leather boots looked amazing and the people running the business are well oiled themselves.
You rock JO !
