★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais donner 6 étoiles, je l'aurais fait. Les propriétaires sont hyper compréhensif. J'ai pus assister à tous le processus et ça ma aider dans mon deuil. Après la crémation, je suis sortie avec un poid de moins sur les épaules grâce à M. Léveillé et sa conjointe. Tout est fait dans le respect le plus total. Les propriétaires sont des bonnes personnes.
Merci beaucoup, je suis reconnaissante.
If I could give 6 stars, I would have done it. The owners are super understanding. I was able to attend all the process and that helped me in my mourning. After the cremation, I went out with one less weight on my shoulders thanks to Mr. Léveillé and his spouse. Everything is done with the utmost respect. The owners are good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment beau service, très accueillant. Ils aident beaucoup à passer ce dur moment, ils sont aussi très disponibles, nous avons eu notre rendez-vous 2h après notre appel. On peut voir le processus du début à la fin. Nous sommes rester discuter avec eux pendant quelque heures après. Très belle personnes, je recommande!
Really nice service, very welcoming. They help a lot to get through this difficult time, they are also very available, we had our appointment 2 hours after our call. You can see the process from start to finish. We stayed with them for a few hours afterwards. Very nice people, I recommend!

Merci d'avoir été là dans un moment aussi difficile. Un énorme merci pour la belle penser que j'ai reçus pour Noël par la poste. Une penser qui m'a fait chaud au coeur. Mon premier Noël sans ma mia d'amour! Merci et continuer votre bon travail.
1 year ago I had to euthanize my beautiful mia of love. A terribly difficult time. They showed great empathy and treated him with respect. Thank you for being there at such a difficult time. Lundi le 11 avril 2022, nous disions un dernier au revoir à notre belle Maggie après 14 ans d'amour. Comme beaucoup d'avis et de témoignage, notre bébé a été traité avec le plus grand des respects, soins, amour et délicatesse.
Michel et Monique sont des personnes merveilleuses et nous sommes heureux, ma mère et moi, d'être tombé sur eux pour nos derniers au revoirs. Ils sont humains, à l'écoute, rempli de gentillesse, d'écoute, de compréhension, d'amour, de respect et j'en passe.
Leur travail professionnel est aussi rempli de convivialité. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être en famille avec leurs deux chats si gentils et nous avons été accompagné autant émotionnellement et psychologiquement.
Auranimal offre une grande gamme de prix et de service pour convenir à à toutes les bourses. Je tiens à le préciser car, ce qui étais le plus important pour Monique et Michel n'était pas le profit mais, que notre séjour chez eux ce passe dans le plus grand respect de nous et notre animal.
Je recommande sincèrement et chaleureusement Auranimal pour le dernier voyage de votre animal de compagnie.
Merci infiniment d'avoir pris autant soin de Maggie (et de nous) et d'avoir fait en sorte que ce moment difficile soit beaucoup plus doux.
I would like to thank Auranimal (Michel and Monique) very much for their more than exemplary services. Monday April 11, 2022, we said a last goodbye to our beautiful Maggie after 14 years of love. Like many opinions and testimonials, our baby was treated with the greatest respect, care, love and delicacy.
Michel and Monique are wonderful people and we are happy, my mother and I, to have come across them for our last goodbyes. They are human, attentive, filled with kindness, listening, understanding, love, respect and so on.
Their professional work is also filled with friendliness. We had the impression of being in family with their two cats so nice and we were accompanied both emotionally and psychologically.
Auranimal offers a wide range of prices and services to suit all budgets. I want to make this clear because what was most important to Monique and Michel was not profit but that our stay with them was spent with the greatest respect for us and our animal.
I sincerely and warmly recommend Auranimal for your pet's final journey.

Premièrement, j'aimerais souligner qu'à l'appel téléphonique lors de nos recherches, ce sont les seuls qui nous ont souhaités leurs condoléances (ça peut paraître anodin pour certains, mais pour nous, se fut une belle petite attention bien venue). Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, c'est une femme bienveillante et attentive qui nous a reçu ainsi que deux minous fortement adorables et gentils (de la vraie zoothérapie). La dame a pris le temps de discuter avec nous et nous a fait entrer lorsqu'on était prêt à y aller, sans pression ni rien. Elle nous a également proposer quelque chose à boire et nous a vraiment mis à l'aise rapidement. Elle nous a également proposé, à notre bon vouloir d'assister à tout le processus du début à la fin. Elle a traité le corps de notre bébé avec énormément d'amour et de respect. Nous avons vraiment été, du début à la fin, traité avec le plus grand respect et la plus grande sympathie <3 On s'est senti comme 'chez de la famille'. Vraiment je recommande cet endroit, autant pour le prix qui est très abordable que pour l'accueil, pour la disponibilité, l'écoute, le soin apporté à l'animal (et à nous également!) et pour l'amitié dont ils ont su faire preuve.

If we could put more than 5 stars, we would do it without hesitation! First, I would like to point out that during the phone call during our research, they were the only ones who wished us their condolences (it may seem trivial to some, but for us, it was a nice little welcome). When we arrived, it was a caring and attentive woman who received us as well as two very adorable and kind kitties (real animal therapy). The lady took the time to chat with us and let us in when we were ready to go, without pressure or anything. She also offered us something to drink and made us feel very welcome quickly. She also offered us, at our good will, to attend the whole process from start to finish. She treated our baby's body with enormous love and respect. We were truly, from start to finish, treated with the utmost respect and sympathy <3 We felt like 'family'. I really recommend this place, as much for the price which is very affordable as for the welcome, for the availability, the listening, the care given to the animal (and to us too!) And for the friendship they have knew how to demonstrate.
