★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assez décevant comme expérience; je me suis faite demander par le proprio, qui passait en coup de vent et portait son masque en dessous de son menton, si je savais que la pépinière fermait dans 5 minutes. Je lui ai dit oui, mais que je cherchais depuis 20 minutes quelqu’un pour répondre à ma question... et il a juste continué son chemin...
Attente interminable à la caisse. La caissière semblait dépassée et portait son masque sous son nez.
Une autre employée, non masquée, est arrivée à la rescousse. Heureusement, elle n’a pas eu à toucher mes achats, et je lui ai laissé mon reçu de caisse.
Quand sur leur pancarte indique « si vous ne portez pas de masque, on comprend que vous avez une condition médicale »... On comprend rapidement pourquoi les gens qui travaillent dans cet établissement ne suivent pas trop les règles sanitaires.
En bref, pas très invitant et peu rassurant.
 Quite a disappointing experience; I was asked by the owner, who was passing in a gust of wind and wearing his mask under his chin, if I knew that the nursery was closing in 5 minutes. I told him yes, but I had been looking for 20 minutes for someone to answer my question ... and he just walked on ...
Endless wait at the checkout. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and wore her mask under her nose.
Another employee, unmasked, came to the rescue. Luckily, she didn't have to touch my purchases, and I left my receipt for her.
When on their sign reads "if you don't wear a mask, we understand that you have a medical condition" ... We quickly understand why the people who work in this establishment do not follow the sanitary rules too much.
In short, not very inviting and not very reassuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prix un peu eleve. bcp de choix darbre arbustre et plante. ils offre du vrac livraison ou pas les personne qui y travail connaissent leur produit et donne de bon conseil / alternative a se que vs rechercher voila !
price a bit high. lots of tree, shrub and plant choices. they offer bulk delivery or not the people who work there know their product and give good advice / alternative to what to look for here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pépinière Auclair est bien situé sur le côté du Blvd. Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier. Le personnel est bien formé et c'est facile de trouver ce qu'on recherche. Le système de cueillette est facilité et réfléchie. Toutefois, les prix sont relativement élevés et les fils d'attentes peuvent rapidement s'agrandir.
