Highly recommended! We were transiting through this region to Ottawa from New Brunswick and lucked out to find this place without a prior reservation (which is possible before/after peak season). We were greeted by Eve who made us feel welcomed and showed us a few rooms available for the night (we chose the wonderful Celeste rooms on the 2nd floor!). Super comfortable queen size bed and tastefully decorated room. Complementary breakfast was beyond expectation. We would come back if our travels take us again in this part of St. Lawrence river.

This beautiful, well appointed and impeccably maintained B&B is like staying in a five star hotel, the quality of the renovations, beds, bedding and decor is all of high standard and aesthetically elegant. The owners are welcoming but not imposing, informative without being over bearing. Prices reasonable for the very high standard offered. Excellent buffet breakfast self serve. Quiet classical music in the background. Marvellous.

Beautiful building and tastefully decorated Absolutely loved it and recommend staying there. We only stayed one night wish it had been longer.

FANTASTIC area to stop and spend the night. I appreciated the owner working with us to speak in English, to make our stay comfortable, and to make sure breakfast the next morning was fulfilling. The rooms were clean, quaint, and private. Everything was spotless, and even though it is located in an old building, it felt cozy. The breakfast the following morning consisted of fresh breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea, meats, cheeses, crackers, and cereals. I will mention there was no television so if you are looking for a place with that form of entertainment, this might not be the place for you.

Lovely and clean. Very nice rooms and staff. Highly recommend this auberge. For gluten free, they had gf bread but bring your own toaster sleeves and make sure to go to breakfast first or watch the server carefully to make sure they do not use the same tongs for fruit and croissants.

This is an incredibly restored, absolutely gorgeous place to stay. It's a hidden gem. The breakfast was delicious. There is a Cafe, a pizza place and a couple more restaurants within walking distance. The area also has dedicated biking lanes with very pretty views of the St. Lawrence. This is a perfect location.

From start to when we had to leave , it was the most calming experience I've had since I could remember... I would love to have business just like that.... thank you for the great hospitality.

I have NEVER had such a lovely experience at a hotel. Not one thing is out of place. Everything is pristine, like no one has ever stayed in your room before you. Warm croissants for breakfast with fresh fruit??!! Unbelievable. And very, very reasonable. Host is very pleasant and helpful for the anglophones trying to get by with limited french.
