★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you confirm shipping time when you order. My order showed as 2 to 4 business days. When I didn't received it after 5 business days, I contacted them and they said it is 6 to 11 business days. I received my order after 13 business days. If I knew it will take that long, I would not place ther order in the first place. I don't need the item anymore when I received it. Waste of my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order in early April and it was shipped within a few days, however; 5 weeks has passed and still nothing from Canada Post. I contacted Au Noir regarding this order and immediately I received a response and they shipped a new order overnight by Fedex and was at my door the very next day, amazing customer service. I ordered the masks and the quality of the material was second to none. Will certainly order with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wording for shipping time was confusing. Website, confirmation email, and shipping confirmation all had different times (as much as five days difference) estimated for how long the order will take to be delivered.
Because I was confused with the wording I complained on their Facebook wall and instead of explaining why it was taking so long they had a 'you agreed to it, that's your problem' attitude and only tried to resolve the issue when I gave an angry reply.
The fabric on mask I ordered is very nice, great quality. But the elastics that go around your ears are thin. I hope they last for the price they cost.

Not only did I receive prompt customer service, but they were very accommodating when I made the wrong choice on their website and corrected my order. I also received it very quickly as well. The quality of the shirt for the price paid is amazing and I would not hesitate to order again. Thanks Au Noir. You truly make it easy to deal with and I can't wait to get more shirts from your collection. I get tons of comments on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the shirts quite simply! I discovered them through the menfashion.com website but then I went to Au Noir website and discovered so much more . Not only are the fabrics the most vibrant and original designs that I have ever seen of any shirt company, the quality is absolutely amazing. Embroidery and the stitching and the placement of the buttons is extraordinary. I ordered three shirts first when I got them I loved them so much I turned around and ordered two more plus some masks. I can’t wait for the new designs to come out and I’m sure I’m going to be a customer for many years. Highly recommend you try one shirt and you’re going to be buying many more.
