The courier that came by told me that they would "kick and kill my dog." We run a small management company in a private office (not open to the public) out of Burnaby. And the courier did not knock or allow us enough time to put our dog in the back office. Instead he came right in and of course, our dog wanting to protect us ran up to him and barked, but did not do much else. BTW our dog is a tiny 3 year old Jack Russell terrier who is super sweet all the time, unless when he feels like he's threatened. When I called trying to reach customer service, I was told that I shouldn't even have my dog with me at my own office and that they didn't approve of dogs outside the home, whether they be in cars, offices, or otherwise. I asked if someone could call me back regarding this matter, and it is now 4 days later, and I haven't heard back. I think it would be a very sad day when dogs are not allowed outside the home, they're meant to be able to walk around and enjoy their life like anybody else. Also I understand that perhaps my dog scared him, but I don't think threatening to kill someone's pet is anything to sneeze at, it's serious and hurtful.

I just asked my provider to don't send the items with this company again, super rude driver and just dropped the boxes outside the loading doors, I ask him "can we take them to the elevator" he asked "what you expect me to do?" I replied "to bring the boxes in with a cart" and he just walk away to his truck. Never again Atlas courier.

The most inconsiderate courier drivers on the road. The horn is not a substitute for common sense. I think their should use common sense before they start using the horn. I just had a discussion with one driver in a loading dock about where I was backing in and why it is not a good idea to get behind truck. I pulled out to be nice and the fellow left and no sooner had I started to back in, another Atlas driver does the exact same thing. Very poor driving skills and poor representatives of their company.

A lot of negative reviews speak towards the drivers. I deal with atlas daily and while I can't attest to the attitude or competency of the drivers the dispatch people that I deal with are top rate. Always efficient and professional with great systems in place to make Ace Courier very viable for a company looking at using them on the regular.

I was in their warehouse looking for my package. They did not have it in the record. I am cool with that. I am cool with those people. They did try to find it for me.

I had called in advance to make sure that Atlas was able to do a same day delivery to be there by a specific time. When I was assured that this could happen with a rush fee, I happily paid the almost $90 to have my package picked up at 10:00 am in Abbotsford and delivered to North Vancouver by 2:30pm. These were course materials that needed to be delivered for a class being taught at 3:00 that day. The package was picked up and on it's way but at 2:30, I received a call from my customer that the package had not yet arrived. I called Atlas who informed me that the driver was held up in traffic and would be there in 20 minutes or sooner. I, in turn, let my customer know and she said it was fine as long as it arrived by 3:00 guaranteed. You guessed it, 3:00 rolled around and no package. I was back on the phone with Atlas who said that he was about 5-10 minutes away, which was interesting considering I had just been told that he was 20 minutes away, 35 minutes prior. I asked to speak with a supervisor as I was hoping for a credit since my package didn't arrive as promised and was told that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hrs. That was January 15th. I followed up again this morning and was told that someone would call or email me right back. I waited 3 hours and then called back again. They had not passed along my information to anyone as promised. I did get to speak with a manger this time and she did offer to credit back the rush portion of the fee only. I explained that I would not have had to pay a fee at all if I knew the package would not arrive on time as I would have driven it there myself to ensure that my customer received their materials in time for their course. She said she would get back to me within 30 minutes with the details of the credit. So it has been confirmed, I am receiving a $24.62 credit of the almost $90 that I paid. I credited my customer much more than that to compensate them for the inconvenience that this caused them. The time I had to invest alone to even follow up with Atlas to get to this point is surely worth more than that! Apparently that is all my business is worth to them, $24.62. Very disappointing! The business that I own uses courier services every day, however I can assure you that it will no longer be the services of Atlas Courier.
