Weβve contacted him over 7 times regarding a repair he quoted and set appointment for, dealt with insurance and then he keep pushing the appointment back with silly excuses. He is doing it probably because he wonβt be able to rip me off like other people and pay a cut from the insurance to buy 5 star reviews. Stay away from this place.

β β β β β Lorenzo is extremely unprofessional. Keep reminding him about certain deadline and he will keep forgetting, or act like it. Looking at other reviews here, maybe he was good at some point but now he doesn't care because he thinks he has great google rating and good customer base. Take your car to someone who cares.

β β β β β I have used this business services twice and I donβt regret that. Lorenzo always done a great job especially when it comes to colour matching. Got my 20 years old bmw perfectly, and when I looked at my bumper rework on a Friday night, I remembered that I had to give that a 5 stars.

Lorenzo did remarkable job on my car, it came out like brand new from his workshop, perfect body work and color match. All other shops gave much higher prices and tried to scam me, Lorenzo was very honest and easygoing person on the other side. You will never regret working with Lorenzo.
