1: Le char de courtoisie qu'ils te prêtent est dans le E. C'est ordinaire d'aller gazer leur char avec ton argent.
2: Tu dépenses +500$ en réparation pis ils ne prennent même pas la peine de passer un coup d'eau sur ton char après. Contrairement à d'autres..
Mais sinon le personnel est ben gentils.
2 points following my last visit,
1: The courtesy tank they lend you is in E. It's usual to go gas their tank with your money.
2: You spend + $ 500 on repairs and they don't even bother to splash water on your tank afterwards. Unlike others ..
But otherwise the staff are very nice.

Worst experience ever ... I paid for preventative brake maintenance at 20,000 km and guess what? My brakes were finished at 22,000 km! This is a joke ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est décevant de payer autant pour un changement d'huile chez le concessionnaire HONDA et ne pas avoir le service de nettoyage extérieur du véhicule. C'est le premier concessionnaire que je connais qui ne donne pas ce service très apprécié des clients ! ?
It's disappointing to pay so much for an oil change at the HONDA dealership and not have the vehicle exterior cleaning service. It is the first dealer that I know of that does not provide this service which is very appreciated by customers! ?
