★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flat tire on the Trans Canada half an hour East of Bassano and called OK Tire shortly after closing.
I called the after hours number as instructed and Shaun the owner answered, after hearing the unique circumstances of my situation he drove home got the necessary repair supplies and promptly drove out and fixed the tire on site and got me going with minimal lost time.
Fabulous service would highly recommend to anyone needing service in the Bassano area.

The service was quick and professional and friendly. The store waiting area was modern and clean. An excellent business, I would highly recommend! Thanks again for saving our trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were fully loaded for a four night camping trip with my young family when the clutch on our hatchback began slipping 19 kilometres outside of Bassano. We managed to limp in to the parking lot of a hotel and check in for the evening, it was just after 6 pm on a Wednesday. I called the After-hour number for OK Tire and left a message about our car troubles. A little while later Shaun called me back and arranged to come by in the morning to have a look. He towed our car to his shop and diagnosed the problem. It was going to take a few days to get the parts, so he lent us the OK Tire vehicle and saved our camping trip. He even transferred our hitch to the OK Tire vehicle so we could take all our bikes with us. We were back on track for our camping trip by noon Thursday in the loaner vehicle and soon we were enjoying camping in beautiful Dinosaur Provincial Park.
The car repair was on time and was true to the (competitive) quote. Thank you Shaun and (Mike), and all the good folks at OK Tire Bassano for going above and beyond my expectations. We are truly greatful!

They were able to get their truck in right away, provided a courtesy vehicle, and efficiently completed the job under a tight deadline. Prices were fair, and the team was friendly and professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't say better things about this OK Tire, the employees helped me out when things couldn't get much worse. Shawn drove out to see if he could get the world's tightest and stripped lock stud out of my wheel with a stripped out lock socket that I supplied him with. He couldn't get it on the side of the road so the Brittish guy at the counter (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) called someone and he knew that towed and brought my car in and managed to somehow remove not just the one lock stud but all 4 of them. The price was more than fair, if anyone will help you out, these guys will. Thanks again
