★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible series I had a natural gas emergency and they refused to help me without a 1000 dollar payment.
And they came and wasted my time telling me to wait for them at home with no intent to help me when I told them I had errands to run!
Honestly as a customer service agent this kind of service is embarrassing and insulting to receive!
