★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept premises. There's a nice little bakery in the food court in front of the daycare that has nice breakfast and lunch. Don't miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place that crows constantly about its LEED certification, this place should do a lot better. There's an elevator out of service almost every day and sometimes one is broken for weeks or even months. And the automated towel dispensers are regularly out of power.
Plus, the management really gouges the small businesses in the food court too. They give the impression they only care about their bottom line and precious LEED certification above all else. Several businesses have said the management is planning to raise the lease rates again, force out the mom-and-pop businesses and turn it into some sort of overpriced urban hipster paradise. A few stores have already left because of this greedy move. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking was not good to tight for pick up trucks I really had to pay attention not to hit the wall. It's ok for smaller cars. The place itself is pretty good. We came there for the german christmas market the market itself was absolutley disappointing nothing german about it minus the one beverage they had there. I was so disappointed I was expecting something similar to actual German ones since I'm from there and it was a joke I wasted a 2 hour drive for nothing thanks alot. I gave 3 stars cause the building itself was nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security in this building are all so nice. Thanks for keeping the hood rats out of this building, and being so pleasant.
Only downside of working in this building is that every lunch hour its over run by highschool students so you cant sit downstairs and eat.
