In the past year alone, Zahra has helped me to open RESP and RRSP accounts, blended my mortgage and get a new Line of Credit. She's very professional and if you want o receive a hassle-free outstanding banking service, just give her a call. I also want to thank Elaheh, I called the branch a few months ago and told her I needed business cheques as soon as possible, she placed order and I received the cheques in timely manner.

Affordable fees, excellent customer service no matter branch I work at, and customer comes first. Not the shareholders or the executives. ATB might not be suitable if you do international trade but for my small business, this bank goes above and beyond. Customers should matter, don't you think?

I had pleasure to be assisted by Zahra who took a time to provide explanation how to manage my portfolio in time when I plan to move back home. She appeared as very knowledgeable and professional but also as a very positive and kind person. I did get more information in 1 hour than in all previous years being assisted by other bank personnel. It is always good to see people who take pride of their work and who are not motivated only by salary but who enjoy their work, helping and serving community.
