K	Kak pring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer of ATB for over 20 years, Just wanted to give some recognition to these guys as the best Bank to deal with if you live an Alberta, especially if your someone who values customer service over the absolute lowest rate on everything. They just know how to treat people right which cannot be said for alot of banks and businesses in general . Special shout out to the 17th Ave S.E. branch and Ethan Duong for going above and beyond and helping me come up with a brilliant plan to improve my financial situation not only in the immediate future but also down the road.

L	L H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at an ATB. The teller was blatantly rude to my wife and rolled her eyes as we walked into the building. Acted like she didn't know how to do her job. Clearly some serious training needs to be done for the customer service here as the reviews speak for themselves. I wish I got her name as I would of called and complained further to ATB's head office about this unprofessional woman. Maybe she should look elsewhere for work if she is so unhappy at her job.

T	Taylor Rooney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried making a work deposit for the retail store I work at and gave the cashier the company debit card and the cashier said she couldn’t help me because my name wasn’t on the account and I ended up getting reprimanded from my employer for not making the deposit.
H	Heavy Lifting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank for business. Avoid this place. Closing my account tomorrow. Terrible customer service, they say one thing, them do another. Beyond my wishes or consent.

After waiting for I'd say just under 10 minutes I did not receive the help I needed and ended up going to a different location. The extra 15min drive to the other locations is well worth it. I'm not sure any of the employees here know what customer service is or that in order to maintain customers you need to provide a service.
