★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many physiotherapists over the years, but the experience I had with Matt tops them all! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about his job. He genuinely cared about getting me back to 100% and he got me there much sooner than I expected. What made the experience even better was that I was able to get treatment from the comfort of my own home. I would highly recommend Matt and At Home Physio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About six weeks ago, my right shoulder and lower back were giving me so much trouble, especially accentuated by hours upon hours of sitting at a computer as work shifted solely to a home base during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. It just so happened that my husband also put his lower back out around that time. We were exhausted, stressed and in great discomfort. It was clear we needed help.
Then, by some miracle, we discovered Matt Rowe's "At Home Physio" details on a card in our mail box. We contacted him immediately and have simply never looked back. Matt has been treating both of us weekly in our own home since then. He is most respectful of BC Health's sanitizing protocol and mask recommendations, and his own portable physio table is spotless. More than that, Matt is a born healer and has the most gentle, informed, compassionate manner ever. His hands on, holistic approach has effectively changed our lives for the better, and we highly recommend him to everyone we know and beyond. A friend has since been treated by Matt and she said he's everything I described and more.
So, if you are considering "At Home Physio", I am confident Matt will not disappoint you. Without a doubt, my husband and I owe our remarkable progress to Matt's skillful, personal care. We are so happy to have met him. He is absolutely awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt is exceptional! He is the 7th Physiotherapist who has treated me and while all have brought their own expertise, Matt is in a class of his own. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, keeping abreast of training and Pro-D, and the acupuncture he offers complemented his physical therapy.
He is very attuned to his patients' needs and immediately was able to diagnose and treat the concerns (other physios spent much of the appointment time diagnosing rather than treating). He has the most delightful manner - softly spoken, assuring, patient, empathetic, polite and he is an excellent listener. I felt he really cares and because he knows his game I felt I could trust him implicitly from the outset. The exercises he provided were not overwhelming but were tailored to my body's needs as well as the time I had available. Videos were provided to provide guidance after the appointment. Matt came to my home for the appointments which saved hours of my time. I feel quite sad that my appointments have come to an end, because Matt was honest enough to say he could not treat my condition to further effect. I recommend him without hesitation - Matt is a ray of sunshine!

He is genuine, caring, and professional which made me feel at ease when receiving treatment from him. I won’t see any other physio after seeing Matt, he’s just the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matthew redefines the definition of a physiotherapist. He was able to provide me with exercises, education and information to help me with my rehabilitation. I did not realize that there was more to physiotherapy than just exercises and pain management. Matthew took the time to explain and educate my injury and the treatment plan that was best suited to my goals. I highly recommend Matthew as he is a caring and compassionate human in addition to his talented Physiotherapy skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Matt last year for my shoulder pain. He used a combination of acupuncture and muscle work to alleviate my pain. He then gave me a series of exercises to strengthen and gain mobility in my shoulder. I'm now pain free and continue to do the exercises as a warmup for different activities. I cant say enough positive things about Matt! Also, so convenient that he comes to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is a magician. I used to flinch in agony due to a throbbing pain I’d get in my wrist and arm. I was convinced I had carpal tunnel and would have this for the rest of my life, until I opened up to receiving an assessment from Matt. Not only did he assess me and figure out the root of the problem right away with no hesitation (which was not even my carpal in the first place!!), but he relieved me from pain almost right away. Obviously everyone has different problems and results will vary from person to person, but I was astonished by how much better I felt so quickly under his care. Not only is he amazing with his treatment, this man is probably the most welcoming and friendly human I have ever come across. He makes you feel nothing but comfort, peace, and assurance. He is caring, softly spoken, empathetic, and very gentle. Simply being in his presence will act as a painkiller and make you feel light and relaxed!! He treats you not like a patient, but like a close friend. It’s rare coming across a practitioner like Matt, who not only treats you, but genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to ensure you receive the best service possible. An extremely talented man with a beautiful heart. Book in with Matt. I promise you won’t regret it.
