S	Savannah Koffman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason for 2 stars and not just 1 is because they did have the vehicle out and running when we arrived to go look at it, and for that, they receive an extra star for 2. But... we drove all the way from Winnipeg, Mb to take a look at a vehicle. After being on the phone with them throughout the week discussing the vehicle we were looking to purchase, we were lied to about the condition of the vehicle, and also were placed under a sales stress tactic of "we will hold this for you but someone else wants to buy it too". The vehicle is still for sale by the way. Guess that old folks home was not real. WE WOULDVE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE IF IT WAS IN THE CONDITION THAT WAS PICTURED AND THAT WE WERE CONSISTENTLY TOLD IT WAS. We would NOT have driven 13 hours..... If the sales person was honest with us. Is that too much to ask for? a little honesty? apparently it is when it comes to Astro. We do not appreciate dishonesty, and LARGE AMOUNTS OF WASTED TIME. So, before you debate purchasing anything from this establishment, I hope you read this review and reconsider. Ps.... We usually never leave reviews, but this one immensely deserves it. Oh and one more thing.... the sales person didnt even wait to discuss anything with us. Once my husband crawled under the vehicle to take a look... They locked the office doors and we couldn't even go in to politely thank them for their time (which they didnt deserve a thanks, but we are nice people). So thanks a ton for wasting two days of our lives! Greatly UNAPPRECIATED.
B	Brian Durkee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the long 2 star review on here about these people was a little daunting and it stayed with you but let me tell you my experience could not not have been any more the opposite. Jim and Tami were so kind. Jim had a huge smile and laugh and took a good 45 minutes out of his day to answer our questions about the busses. Each vehicle started effortlessly, which was a lot more I can say then other places. Jim had an inspection guy on site but was completely happy for me to take it elsewhere and gave us a plate for the night. Best of all, the safety inspection came back completely clean!! We drove the vehicle away for the purchase cost a flat 100$ inspection. Everything they said was accurate and Jim's statements that the vehicles are well maintain stood up for us 100%. In the bus/van/ambulance conversion world, buying used is a risk but Astro made it so much easier then it usually is. After a year of searching, we finally got a bus with under 200k km in inspected great working order and we couldn't be more excited. Bring your business here...
