On a respecté l'horaire prévu, l'installation s'est fait sans perte de temps et le technicien était à notre écoute et à pris le temps de bien expliquer le fonctionnement de notre système. On nous a répondu de la même façon lors d'un appel après service. Vraiment professionnel et ce fut apprécié.
Outstanding service! We kept to the schedule, the installation was done without wasting time and the technician listened to us and took the time to explain how our system worked. We were answered in the same way during a service call. Really professional and it was appreciated.

I needed technical assistance twice: first time, a technician guided me by email on how to order a battery and change it myself to avoid service call and fees ; second time, technician was around the area and just came to change the battery with no service cost - I only paid for the battery.
