Considering there were only 2 other tables eating in the restaurant at 12:30pm there is really no excuse underwhelming food. 1) Village Salad: was plate of giant tomatoes quartered with some cucumbers, olives and a couple of onions. There was a slab of soft feta cheese on top and it was covered in a puddle of oil. 2) Fried Calamari: giant rings that were very chewy with a weird dusting/seasoning. Tasted like frozen bagged calamari from a supermarket, only worse. 3) Kids chicken fingers and fries: these were good, but how hard is it to mess up fries and chicken fingers that are tossed in the deep fryer? 4) Chicken souvlaki pita: dressed with a couple of oversized tomatoes and onions, completely lacking flavor. 5) Chicken souvlaki skewer: chicken was seasoned OK and cooked correctly (not dry). 6) Tzatziki: consistency was too thick and way too much garlic. The bathrooms where not very well kept either. The meal above cost $95 including tip. For the money would expect a lot better. Only redeeming quality of this lunch was the service which was pretty good which is why they got 2 stars.

If you come here expecting it to be like the Danforth location in quality you will very soon see it isn't. Quite possibly the worst food I've had in a while. Maybe it was an off night but I can never go back after the meal I had to give it a second chance. I'm sure if I offered that meal to a dog it wouldn't want it either.

I called my order in, arrived 20 min later and it was not even started. They were busy and under-staffed but it takes a min to throw a skewer on. My order was simple, 1 - 10 ounce chicken skewer and small salad. I waited for a few minutes and was told they could have an 8 ounce skewer ready quicker, so I said sure. I got home, and weighed my chicken as it did not look like 8 ounces. I understand there is shrinkage, maybe 2 ounces...my chicken weighed 4.4 ounces. That is not the first time this has happened at this location. Totally unacceptable - quantity vs price. Telling customers they are paying for 8 ounces of chicken when they are really getting 4.4. I called to express my disappointment, he said they weigh them in at 8 ounces and there is nothing they can do. They totally lost my business.
H	Hungry Piggy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for souvlaki as they are only located about 10 mins from me. Located by the Costco on Elgin Mills and Leslie, has spacious parking. Interior is nice, bright and clean. They have a bar section and a dining room with lots of booth options. The service here is always amazing. Never had a bad experience here. Their tzatziki sauce is my absolute favourite, if you're a fan of garlic this is it. Heavy garlic flavour, thick and creamy. Their souvlaki's are always tender and juicy. You can order the small or large dinner that comes with tzatziki sauce, pita, Greek salad and your choice of sides. They also serve saganaki which is a Greek fried cheese that they bring table side and light up and yell OPA. A cool fun experience. They offer express lunch menu for about $12-13 which comes with either Pork or Chicken Souvlaki served with Greek Salad, tzatziki, pita and your choice of a side between roasted potatoes, rice or fries.

John was my server and he did an extraordinary job, checking on me in timely manner, bringing my food and ensuring everything is great. The food was phenomenal. I had Grilled Calamary, which was amazing. The lamb chop was tasty and cooked to my liking, with delicious tzatzski and their Kaiser Chicken Grill burger is superb. I had an amazing time here and the atmosphere is relaxed, clean and the Greek music is a joy to listen. I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. 10/10

V	VoudouLounge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a takeout review for their 2 for 1 Tuesday promotion that I picked up today. The food was good and prepared fresh and the service was quick. The overall value on the Tuesday promo was well worth it as you got 2 Large Pork Dinners for around $25 tax in which was more than fair. I’m not sure if I’d say the same if it was $25 each because their takeout containers are quite small and it seems you get way more for the same price when you dine in so if I was to pay full price I’d much rather prefer to dine in. As for the 2 for 1 Tuesday special I still think it’s a great deal for the price so I will most likely order it again one Tuesday if the promotion is still on ??
