★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my car fixed here twice now in the past two years and had two great experiences. I didn't write a review the first time, but after my second experience I knew I had to. The office is nice and clean for a garage and the workers are helpful. It's a very busy place but I really never felt rushed. I was assisted by rafena and another gentleman. I remember her from my first accident. She was so kind and gave me good advice about my claim.
Not sure about some of the other negative reviews here but the workers here are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Hopefully I don't need a reason to go back but if I did I'd be happy to!

When getting my car and taking better looks at it you wouldn’t know it was in an accident. Even had my mechanic look at it and said it was professional especially with the way they blended the paints.

Allen and his colleagues turned a crummy situation into a positive experience. Friendly, efficient and responsive, they more than made up for the deficiencies of the insurer and the rental car agency. They went above and beyond and the work they did was beautiful - good as new. They would be my go-to for any future repair/paint work.

They provided quality results for the repairs I needed and went above by doing cleaning inside as well. I'm satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend and go back if every needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance provider suggested Assured Automotive because it is near to my address. At first I said to myself any auto shop will do because its only glass replacement and I just want my van to be fixed as soon as possible. I dont have any regret bringing my van there because they replace everything that is needed to be replaced and the staff are professional and very accommodating especially Allan from the front desk. Not only that, they even car washed my van and clean the interior after the repair. Its like I brought it to a car detailing shop. Will definitely recommend Assured Automotive Scarborough.
