I actually came in for a haircut and I wasn't too happy with it. I came back a week later to have it tweaked and she did a wonderful job! I'm very pleased and I will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. Thanks!

I've had my hair done in many different places and I have had my hair butchered before. But Jenica doesn't cut corners, you can easily see that she knows exactly what she's doing and has lot's of experience. She answered all my questions and even recommended some product (olaplex)- which was very well priced. So excited to use it and to start working in all her tips that she gave me based on my particular hair type. I'm so excited for my next appointment and am looking forward to telling everyone about Ask. Thanks so much to Jenica and all the staff!
E	Emily Westcott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously, I had a balyage treatment in my hair that was blended quite poorly. I was worried about getting it fixed because of my previous bad experience. Jaime went in and quickly fixed it up EXACTLY like I wanted it. She was a miracle worker. I was also indecisive of the type of cut I wanted and Jaime was able to recommend a style that would work for me while I try to grow out my hair. The salon is open late, so it accommodates my working schedule and the staff are all very nice. I would recommend ASK Hair Studio to anyone.

L	Lithy Dunbar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon on the recommendation on a friend. I thought it seemed nice to begin with. The hairdresser, Jenna, seemed good. She cut my hair while wet and then dried it. She didn’t cut my hair at all when it was dry…which seemed weird. I thought we had just stated the cut when she said I was done! I was not sure about it but when I got home I was so upset. The style was not at all what I wanted. She left the back of my hair really long, and not at all the same as the front. The worst part is the there are big sections that she didn’t cut. There are long bits of hair about 2.5cm longer then all the rest. I will not go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not have to find another salon to fix the mess made, it’s so embarrassing to have these longer sections :(

I usually get really stressed out about haircuts since I've had many experiences with hairdressers doing what they want rather than what I'm asking, but Julia really listened & I couldn't be happier. From the beginning she made sure I was comfortable and was thorough about making sure I received exactly what I was trying to explain. She talked me through the entire process of what she was doing and how I was feeling. Although she had finished and I was happy with the result she wanted me to love it and booked me in before they opened because she knew I was leaving on a trip very soon. After that appointment she left me grinning from ear to ear. She genuinely shows that she loves her job and her clients. Will be booking with her and recommending her to anyone who asks about my hair. It’s been years since I got my hair done so she made this very memorable.
