β β β β β As the flagship store of Asian Legend, the Finch and Leslie restaurant distinguishes itself in outstanding food quality, decent decor and friendly service. It's always one of our family's favorite eatery from day one when it opened years ago. My vote goes to Frankie who runs the store smoothly!

β β β β β Before Covid it used to be difficult at times to get a table at this restaurant, but lately there hasn't been much of a line up. The line-up is worth your while anyway. The northern Chinese food served here has been consistently great since opening. Never a bad meal here.

β β β β β We have patronized Asian Legend many times before; both dine in and takeout. Our last experience was a huge disappointment. We ordered takeout from them on Christmas eve. We decided to phone in the order 2 hours early in case they got busy. We advised them the time that we wanted to pick up the food. The pickup time was repeated to the man who took the order. He even read the food order and the pickup time back to us to confirm.
At home, when we opened the bags of food, we noticed everything was cold. The Peking duck was no longer crispy. The food was soggy. After checking the bill, we noticed the order was entered at 4:42PM and they forgot to indicate that we wanted it at 6:45PM. It appears the kitchen cooked the food at that time and it sat there until it was picked up 2 hours later. No one called us even though we left a phone number.
We had no choice but to eat the food since we were hungry and had nothing else prepared. Unfortunately, a few of us had an upset stomach later that evening. We paid $120 and got food poisoning! A reputable restaurant like Asian Legend should follow food safety procedures and not sell food that had been sitting out for 2 hours.

β β β β β We had the best lemon chicken and soup dumplings. Service was lovely with constant refills of tea throughout the meal. I'd recommend this place highly.

β β β β β Lunch at the Asian Legend Restaurant today was fantastic. Lot's of space there, the lazy Susan was great.
Once seated Jasmin tea was brought and the excellent service started.
We had an amazing vegan lunch, with lots of choice.
Toilets were clean and more than one for men & woman.
Would recommend eating here for authentic Chinese food.

β β β β β Being here many times and the service and the food are always amazing. The service was smooth and the timing of everything was seamless! This place really knows how to do it! They have the best duck, is very tasty and the prices are great. I highly recommend this place.
