โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a couch from here, paid in full, (June 1st) and was told it would be shipped in 3 weeks... well, it has been 5 weeks since then and when I called today I was told that because of the Canadian Holiday (July 1st) and the American Holiday (July 4th) my couch won't be in until next week. So that is going on 6 weeks! I am not sure how the holidays have affected my shipment when it is already a week overdue before these holidays even began. Instead of making excuses maybe they should have just called and notified me that the order would take longer than they had originally said! Very disappointed I have to wait DOUBLE the amount of time I had anticipated.

โ โ โ โ โ Our bedroom suite was damaged at delivery. The sent parts for us to fix however 3 times sent wrong parts.the 1 year in our sofa arm colapsed the wood litterally broke when getting up. Arm was made out of OSB board. On one end of sofa and plywood on the other . Guess they ran out of furniture grade and used a shipping box to finish the build. Cheap garbage furniture for the price the want. Our house is all Ashley we are getting rid of it as we can will never bu from this crooked company again

โ โ โ โ โ I went there at 9am because the website says they are open 9-5. The sign on the window says 10-4 which is smart because covid is super deadly from 9-10 & 4-5. I read all the signs on the door letting me know they are on max covid freakout. I returned at 10am. Still not open and now there's 2 of us. We looked everywhere. No sign says closed Monday. 2 customers now confused. I tried once more at 11am then l drove to Sudbury and bought a washer and dryer at Lowe's.
