Astonishing misinterpretation of covid guidelines!
They were nice enough not to charge me a cancellation fee. How magnanimous of them! ?
Based on their stringent fear based covid protocols I'm sure my experience would have been horrid anyhow.
Thanks for saving me from a terrible experience, Stephanie!

The clinic is taking covid seriously and has well documented procedures in place, but the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The massages have been excellent and have been exactly what I've needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing both Jill for acupuncture treatments and Stephanie for massage for several years. Their approach is to care for the whole person not just the tiny issue of the moment. I have seen wonderful results from their care. The space is a calming respectful one.
Currently at this time things are bit different but in past if I had an emergency they did all they could to help immediately. I take exception that people like David Magness feel they have the right to ignore rules that might be a bit irritating are put in place to keep all of us safe and that the rest of us manage to conform to with no real effort. Stop whining David Magness and you've missed out on fantastic care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Stephanie for treatment for my various farm-incurred injuries for over two years now. She is kind, professional and best of all, highly effective in treating my injuries. It’s no surprise to me that she has a long wait list.
As an aside, like many of us, I have needed to see other health professionals during the pandemic. I find Stephanie’s COVID protocols to be in line with other health services. I feel safe when I see her knowing that she is following recommended guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist who is GREAT at hurting my husband (which he loves and so do I). He always feels better after seeing her. As a person with a weak immune system, I appreciate the Covid diligence Stephanie and Ashi involve when you visit them and it really doesn't take a long time to answer the questionnaire which is sent out days in advance. Thank you Stephanie!!

Covid has been difficult for everyone esp people trying to navigate running a business. She is thorough and following all appropriate guidelines and creating a place that is relaxing and SAFE for everyone involved. As a frontline respiratory therapist I am eternally grateful for everyone (including Stephanie) that follows the guidelines that are put in place to keep us all safe. Good job Stephanie!!!
