After getting nowhere with 3 different banks I was beginning to think it wasn’t going to happen. Then I reached out to Brad at Ashdown. He was able to get me the full amount I was looking for and he made the process simple for me. He coached me on everything I would need and then prepped the entire package and sent to the bank on my behalf. I had an approval in less than a week.
