★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for 430pm, I show up and sit there for 5 minutes before the lady aknowledges me. When she does I tell her I have an appointment and she likes oh uh um the owner had to leave will be back for 530. So I go ok I should come back then I guess? And she goes or just come tomorrow.. like are you kidding me? I had an appointment and I'm told to come back tomorrow? This would have been my first time trying the place but will not be "coming back tomorrow" as this was VERY unprofessional I'm not trusting them with my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some new girl had no idea what she was doing and completely ruined my eyebrows. Do not recommend at all. Make sure you don’t get your eyebrows done here, I do not recommend taking the risk of getting it done by someone who’s inexperienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good hair cut, does not listen to what I want, does what the hair dresser likes, does not amend to requests. Not happy about my hair cut, does not spend enough time for hair and does a rush job. I had hair cut done in 5 mins which makes it more clear of how it was. Never going there again.
Owner - you replied to my post and I am unable to give feedback to your reply that's why I am adding to my current post. I kept telling you what I want but you never listened to me and did what you liked. First of all, my hair is not layered as I wanted. When the hair is wet then I cannot tell, until I went home and hair was dry. I expected shorter and I kept telling you but you chose to do what you wanted and over-ride me. You must be providing service for past multiple years but customer service should be your priority. Does not mean you have regular clients, so you don't care of customers who come to you once or twice. I am really unhappy with your reply because you are just trying to defend yourself and not seeing my experience with you because I got the bad hair cut and not you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been going to this place for the last couple years however they have some new staff that are very inexperienced. I asked for my eyebrows to be the same shape and thinned out ONLY A LITTLE BIT. I now have uneven extremely thin eyebrows that are closer to my forehead then my eyes.When I said this to the lady she simply replied with that I should have told her to make it thicker. They just lost 3 customers.

Reasonable price and excellent hair styling!! I would recommend making an appointment especially during covid. I have been a customer for over 15 years!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a year now and just started getting my hair done by Jasmine in December & it has changed my hair game completely. I went to her with bleach blonde damaged hair, we dyed it back to black and it has been super healthy and growing back thick ever since. I regularly go for trims and hair straightening now, it always feels so light and silky after. The best spot in Surrey.
