★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within about 30 minutes of calling, I heard from the technician and he was here about 30 minutes later. He gave me a couple of options regarding replacing my springs with a warranty. He did excellent work, answered my questions and had my door working again. you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend ASAP!
