★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my windshield replaced back in May, I phoned and ordered it and was told it would take about a week. After the week was up, I phoned to see if it was in only to get told it got broke and they had to reorder it. Then got asked if I wanted to book a time to get it replaced when it came in. Then I get a call a couple days later asking me if I want to book in to get it replaced . I told them I was already booked in and they were asked me if I was sure because they didn't see it, well turns out they didn't look far enough ahead. Then I get my car back and the seal around my window is all broke. Very poor communication on their end.
