He helped line me up to get a car I found at his dealership on auto trader. He explained every step in the process of buying a car to me, this was my first car purchase so this was really appreciated - he was patient and addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend going to Arze Auto if you’re looking to buy a used car.

Then not even 3 weeks later the car started to act up again, same problems. So we brought the car back . They then charged another $200 and gave my car back in the exact same condition. So now that we are out $1300, our car is back to square one with zero help from this trash auto shop. I dont have one positive thing to say about our encounter with them. Clearly they work shady, dont fix what needs to be fixed and couldn't care about their quality of service. I would not recommend this place. Please go else where. Lazy and worthless to take your vehicle there, you'll be back within a month.

I got into a couple collisions and they took care of everything for me, I dropped and picked up my car without dealing with hassle of getting it repaired. I have dealt with this family business for years and have only received the best service.

I was in the market for a car and I came across Arze auto. I met with Akef and we had a conversation about what I needed and my budget. The conversation was simply a friendly, nothing about sales which impressed me. I’m usually pressured by a sales agent to purchase a car. I didn’t feel rushed and he had given me all the time in the world to make a comfortable decision. He recommended me a car that would fit my needs and within my budget. I walked away with a CLEAN 2007 Lexus ES350 for a great price. I now have found my dealership to buy a used car. He has built the place into a high trust, low pressure sales environment for the consumer. This is the first time I bought a used car and I am also new to the country.
