โ โ โ โ โ We retained Artreum Homes to plan, manage and build one of our properties in North York Toronto. Their team quickly arranged financing and got started very quickly. From the early stages they worked closely with us to design our build. They came up with a very good floor plan to utilize the space as best as possible.To me It shows they look at their builds from the end users perspective. During the build they exceeded standard building practices in many parts of the home from drainage planning and framing techniques to concrete. Their framing team inspected every piece of lumber they used to build, which I was very happy about. We are coming close to start bricking the home, i selected a very nice brick that i haven't seen before. They have access to premium materials and a variety of luxurious building products. I highly recommend giving them a call even of you're looking for guidance on where to start your renovation or full home build.

The house was build such a good quality trim work, doors, kitchen and good choice with the paint colours. Builder paid a lot of attention to every small details and the final result exceeded my expectations.If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy custom home builder then Artreum is your company.
