We trusted them with every aspect of the build and they not only were very transparent with their plan, they delivered well ahead of schedule and beyond expectation when it came to quality of craftsmanship. They have a stable of great trades that take pride in their work, who are held to the standard that Silverado expects out of every aspect of their builds. Not once throughout the whole build did I feel like I was in the dark about anything about the process, from daily progress reports/updates, to hands on attention that one expects when building a dream home. We are very proud of our home, and are excited to be in it for several years, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Silverado for making our dream home wishes come true. In comparison to the other homes being built in the area at that time, Silverado was much faster & more efficient, without compromise to quality. This was the reason we engaged Silverado for the construction of our custom home. Once he started in the spring of this year, it took Jeff and his crew only 5 months to go from the demolition of the existing bungalow, to a new enclosed 2 storey custom home, where finishes were being applied to the interior, again without compromising quality.
