★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soo disappointed with their services !! Till this day our sound system still doesn't work properly. They install cheap equipment that is outdated. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Once they rip you off with their overpriced home instalation services they will give you the bare minimum instructions on how to operate your home system and they won't return your phone calls. Do not use them!!!

Their technicians were so efficient and the staff in the office designed my amazing theatre room. I encouraged my famiy & friends to use them and they have thanked me countless times. I would definitely use them again.

They designed a beautiful home theatre for myself and installed automative blinds that are a dream. I would highly recommend them for any home automative services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used these guys on both of my houses and my business, wow have they've impressed me AND my family. From conception to design and execution, they delivered beyond my expectations. Paul was meticulous in his design of my lighting control system and very helpful, Leo & Mario had endless logical suggestions and options that fit my budget. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Not only did I receive amazing service and a fantastic automated home that everyone's jealous of lol...I also gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from these guys!
If you're looking for a Smart Home company, do yourself a favour and call these guys! You wont be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through an entire home renovation of 3 floors and had Artistic install my entire Camera, Alarm, Vacuum, Music/Speaker, TV/Video systems. Their sales team explained all options with clarity and help me decide what was best for my home based on size and lifestyle. The technician always arrived within the given time frame, was courteous & informative when asking questions. They even cleaned up after themselves (which none of the trades did during my renovation process)! Almost a year later and everything works great and is very convenient to have. Have since referred 2 family members with more to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend anyone else for home automation. From the moment I met with them, I felt at home and comfortable. They kept me in the loop during each phase of my home being built and were most of the time ahead of any other trade - which is more than I could have asked for. I've got my camera system, alarm system, vacuum, lighting control & shade control systems through them, & etc.... and my house is quite literally the smartest home I've stepped foot in. It makes a world of a difference coming from not having any smart home systems / automation. Speak with Mario or Leo - they will not only get the job done right but will educate you on the latest technology & what your best options are based on the space you are working with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of being introduced to Artistic through the purchase of a new home. Artistic was the low voltage contractor for the site. Upon dealing with Mario, he was able to recommend some amazing technology for my house. We ended up deciding on alarm system, cameras, home audio, tv surround sound, central vac and extra wiring throughout the home. The quality of goods is excellent and the pricing was very competitive. Joe the installer was very professional and knowledgable. He was tidy and respectful while working in our residence. After sales contact with Jess in the office has been excellent as well. Highly recommend Artistic!
