★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Owner incredibly helpful in choosing yarns and providing colour advice and even went out of her way to send pictures of the colour combinations. I am out of town and was ordering online. Very happy with ease of ordering through the website too! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never visited the store, but I ordered an addi express king size machine from their website. I ordered it on christmas, but their website made it clear that the product was not in stock and would not be for several months as there was a manufacturer shortage. Their owner also took the time to confirm with me whether I wanted to keep my order with them and wait, or if I wanted to cancel the order and look elsewhere. Before purchasing, I was unable to find anywhere else to purchase the item except for Amazon. Since I prefer not to support Amazon I chose to wait. Unfortunately due to covid and other global shipping delays/manufacturer shortage, I was unable to receive my order until late June; however I was very satisfied with the communication and customer service I received as a customer at Artisanthropy. They took the time to communicate with me to update me on when they would likely receive the product and when it could be shipped to me.
The product itself is wonderful! I received it in good order and in a timely fashion from when it was shipped so I was very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to purchase an addi Express King Knitting Machine (which was out of stock everywhere) as a Christmas gift, and happened to chance upon Artisanthropy. Their website showed they had stock but I sent an email just in case to confirm. The owner let me know that she had one left and asked if I needed it before Christmas. I said that I did. Despite the busy holiday shipping season, I received my order just a few days later. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received and the recipient was extremely happy with her gift.

I bought an expensive bag that was very safely wrapped for delivery, and another time after I had placed an online order I wanted to add one more thing an hour later without creating a new order for one skein, their live chat was super responsive, let me add to my order and pay the difference immediately. I prefer to support independent stores in Ontario so I will be shopping again.
