★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. Great water pressure, beds are comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It is reasonably priced and it very well may be the best hotel along that stretch of highway. Definitely worth staying. Kudos to this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms weren't overly clean, door lock latch was broken, didn't see a stove for the cookware. Hot water took very long to stabilize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff charged our company a extra night because I left at 5:30 in the morning and used the slot clearly marked key drop and they didn't bother to check. Said they didn't know I had left. Holes in the carpet in the room I was in and finding random Beatles or other bugs because of the poor door seals leading to inside. Other then that rooms were just that a room, and old at that. Can tell they don't take much pride in their motel as upkeep has been fallen behind on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small hotel along our way! Comfortable beds, clean room, strong wifi and lots of parking. Arrived late cause of terrible snow storm but welcomed us very warmly! Will stay again and will recommend to our friends too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will definitely stay again! Clean, spacious and quiet small town motel. Friendly and professional staff! My wife is a PWD and we were offered the best room. Not fully accessible for my wife but we were helped and assisted by one of the managers which we truly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only just arrived like 30 min ago … upon entry , door mat / carpet is soaked from water flooding in from outside .. ( how sanitary is this ) door knob has definitely seen better days and is barely hanging on …( needs to be tightened maintenance) .. bed time .. ugh .. pillow smells like a man has been in the bed … sheets don’t even appear clean and freshly made ( I’ve worked in this industry and would have definitely been fired not to mention I myself would have never expected anyone to stay / climb into such a bed ) unfortunately the night is late and need sleep .. terribly disappointed at $144. A night especially when we have gotten rooms with jacuzzi , beautiful clean etc for less then $100 .. in Whitecourt Ab … obviously will NOT-be sleeping in the sheets .. and definitely do NOT recommend..
