Al listened to what was going on and was so helpful and walked me through how to clear it up and stayed on the phone with me while we got things moving. Even offered to look at pics that I could text him because we had the tank open. You have a new customer for life, thank you so much for helping us!

Was told they'd phone around to see if there was a place for them to dump it. They phoned me back within 10 minutes and said they'd be here within a half hour. AND THEY WERE! I'd recommend them 100%!!!!!!!

Called numerous pumping services but naturally many went to voicemail which was understandable. I was thrilled when Armstrong picked up the phone. While he wasn’t able to come out he guided me to finding the correct lid in the septic tank to open, inspect, and with some pics successfully locate and clear the inlet pipe that came from the house! I can’t express my thanks enough. I offered a payment and he declined, just said to spread the word to anyone looking for pumping services. Talk about exceptional customer service! Businesses like this are a rarity these days as we have all experienced. Can’t say enough good things about Armstrong. Thank you.
