My friends and my grandmother both took there dogs here. My friend has a pomeranian and showed me a picture of his dog after and he did not look like a pomeranian any more, hair is really short and she took some of his ear off! One of my grandma's dogs nails had it's nails cut so short it hurts her to walk, and the other dogs hair got cut way to short as well, very unprofessional job and would not recommend to anyone!!

She did a good job, however she harassed us for the extra money within 20 minutes, called excessively then called the police within 1/2 a day for a 20 dollar balance. Th cost was 60 the first time we took him So assumed it would be the same. We only had the exact cash. Initially she wrote down her email incorrect for the etransfer that’s why the first attempt
At payment was bounced. Her threatening to call the police within the hour of not
Receiving the 20 bucks and calling the police the next day was baffling and unprofessional. Hard to deal with the woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible person. Cut our dogs nails right thru the quick he came home with bloody paws after she phoned us saying to gome and pick him up because he was too noisy. He was half shaved and bleeding. Then she expected payment. Our dog was terrified panting and shaking for an entire day. She's a horrible person and a horrible groomer. Don't go there.
