Our regular therapists are Travis and Sierra, who both come with years of experience and knowledge. They have helped both of us with their deep tissue massages, but also with advice as to how to keep our muscles and bodies healthy and flexible. They are both the most caring, knowledgeable and professional massage therapists you could ever come across. Five stars for sure!

The massage itself was quite good. You can tell Travis is experienced as he was able to find trouble spots and deal with them, I appreciated that he was aware of what amount of pressure I was able to handle. If you are looking for a new massage therapist. I would feel very comfortable recommending Armour and Arrow.

Travis is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Each time I saw him with a specific area of pain or discomfort, he was able to completely or at least near completely alleviate them in the visit. Sierra is incredible. She just knows how to fix things. I pre book appointments with her months in advance, because she is in such high demand because she is simply that good! I have been seeing massage therapists for so many years for neck pain, headaches, and sport injuries, and these guys are by far the best!
