★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai contacté Armoires STM à la mi-mars pour un projet d'ajout d'armoires de cuisine (les armoires originales ont été installées par Armoires STM).
-Aucun suivi, très diffcile à rejoindre au téléphone.
-Finalement à la mi-mai, je rejoins Carol qui me promet un retour d'appel de son patron en charge de notre tour de condos.
-Mi-juin: toujours rien...
J'ai mentionné plusieurs fois comprendre le contexte de pandémie, le fait qu'ils soient débordés, etc.
Je ne voulais pas obtenir de RDV instantané, je voulais simplement valider la faisabilité du projet ainsi qu'une estimation du temps d'attente.
Finalement après 3 mois et un autre suivi, je reçois un email pour me dire qu'ils ne s'occupent plus de nos condos. Je ne pouvais pas deviner et le patron de Carol n'a jamais appelé!
BRAVO! Aucun professionnalisme, aucune courtoisie et service à la clientèle horrible.
I contacted Armoires STM in mid-March for a project to add kitchen cabinets (the original cabinets were installed by Armoires STM).
-No follow-up, very diffcult to reach on the phone.
-Finally in mid-May, I join Carol who promises me a return call from her boss in charge of our condo tour.
-Mid-June: still nothing ...
I have mentioned several times understanding the context of a pandemic, the fact that they are overwhelmed, etc.
I didn't want to get an instant appointment, I just wanted to validate the feasibility of the project as well as an estimate of the waiting time.
Finally after 3 months and another follow-up, I receive an email to tell me that they no longer take care of our condos. I couldn't guess and Carol's boss never called!
WELL DONE! No professionalism, no courtesy and terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais choix , les plans mal fait rien n’arrivait aucune mesure , une chance l’installateur a fait une bonne job , la qualité des matériaux laisse à désirer le cuisiniste donne aucun conseil , il ne nous guide pas pour des choix éclairer, ensuite le service après vente , chose inexistante! Ne donne jamais suite à nos appels , et quand tu réussi à lui parler il te donne un RDV mais ne se présente pas et ne t’appelle pas pour se décommander, tu l’attend et tu sèche , donc aller voir ailleurs vous aller sauver du temps !
Very bad choice, the plans badly done nothing happened no measure, luckily the installer did a good job, the quality of the materials leaves something to be desired the kitchen designer gives no advice, he does not guide us for enlightened choices, then after-sales service, something non-existent! Never responds to our calls, and when you manage to talk to him he gives you an appointment but does not show up and do not call you to cancel, you wait for him and you dry up, so go look elsewhere to save yourself time !
