No matter how many people have complaint about him n the reviews here speaks volume , yet WRE has not done anything at all . Utterly disappointing. How can one live under such condition where constant insults , discrimination and rudeness is faced when dealing with the caretaker??

Did you ever think how you talk to management and how you disrespect him and the entire building and property . The laundry machines are working properly for those who know how to do laundry properly and don't overload machines . The hallways stink because of all the ethnic cooking . There is brand new carpets in the hallways and people just disrespect them . Not to mention the garbage ignorant people just throw wherever they please . Do you not know how to behave like a descent person. Also did you realize that slandering someone and trying to tarnish their name is a crime .
V	Viral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartment in winnipeg i'hv ever seen everytime they disturb your lifestyle with doing pest control and 6-7 times a month. Also, Everytime a problem of water shut off for more than 5 hours in a day which is ridiculous. And they call it service lol. Such a horrible place.

Even basic services like washing machine card recharge and elevators takes months to fix. have to walk 5 level of stairs up and down everyday. And they have no answer any time you ask them. The worst is the manager on site James.
E	Eshan Kanwar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord is racist. He said this is my country and you ducking can't park your car here when a friend of mine tried to park at visitor's parking. We were here to see a friend, and my friend was parking at the 4 hour parking. He left a voicemail since the landlord did not pick up. Right after parking and walking out of parking lot, the visibily drunk landlord saw my friend and asked if that was his "ducking blue car". When my friend asked him to speak politely, he said it was "his country" and he would ducking do what he wants. It got heated and my friend just took his car out on street and parked in this street.
P	Prithvi Gohil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it's so simple. The manager, James, and the management over here is worst. Manager don't know how to behave with people. Talking about management, the laundry card recharge machine would hardly accept any $10 bills, and even if you get your card recharged somehow, the clothes get washed good enough, but none of the dryers work properly, so it takes about 2 to 3 times to dry the clothes properly. Waste of money! There are many other problems. Manager obviously seems to have some trouble with the immigrants. He behaves so rudely with them. WRE development, it's not just me who have problem with the manager and his management over here; there are many. Get something done about it soon . . . please.

Don't get me started, but I will just give you a heads up without discussing in details because I wouldn't stop writing. 1) Racist and bad management. 2) a lot of bugs in the building. 3) an old construction. 4) a noisy area. 5) a smelly area. ..... .... .... I highly recommend you looking somewhere else.
