β β β β β Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This company deals with the Zotac RMAs for Canada, and my graphics card has been in their possession for over 2 months. There have been multiple guarantees made on when they would get back to me with information, just to ignore it and get back to me a week later. Guarantees that they would be shipping my graphics card within a week and then when they don't they just ignore incoming emails.
Please don't buy from here if you think you'd ever RMA, it has been a nightmare, and effected my livelihood as my work requires a powerful computer while working from home.
