★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store and some lovely pieces a great addition to nanaimo. The store layout and space is very appealing.
But....
The staff are too aggressive. All the girls are very nice but from the moment you enter the store ( on numerous occasions) they are on you, following you around, commenting on EVERY article you look at or pick up. Listening in on your conversation with the person you are shopping with???? So awkward and intrusive that we have left the store?!! Not once but a few times!
Again love the store but the staff HAVE to be a little more subtle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New favorite store! Wish we had one like this (with really nice staff) in Toronto! Came in on Valentine's Day and I treated myself to a pretty floral dress, thank you to the owner? She had Brown curly hair and was really nice and everything in the store is so pretty and smells delicious.
I wish this store can be here, I would shop everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the products and the girls are really nice, but I do have to agree with the other reviewer...... Very annoying to shop around in when everything you touch is commented on in a tacky way. I understand customer service and all but it's super intrusive sometimes. Back off a little?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so helpful in getting me holiday gifts via curbside pickup and the products are all beautiful. Wish I could have been there for the sing-along in the comment below lol, I would have gladly stayed for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place! The clothes are reasonabley priced, and they also have the cutest accessories. They even carry little bundles of sustainably harvested Palo Santo wood. I also found a vegan leather purse on sale. Emma in Duncan was so helpful today!
