★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a storage unit with Arbutus. They have been nothing but helpful and professional from the very beginning. They offered us a great deal for the first three months that we have storage. The storage unit was clean and they are heated. The storage units are also locked with no access after 9pm.

Staff could not be more helpful, holding a unit until next day when user would be able to view it before choice would be made between 3 units. Excellent customer service, cannot recommend highly enough.
