Very beautiful views and decent trails. Some what steep, so it may not be super family/kid friendly..but we did see kids and parents using the trails, so it's possible. The place closes at 5pm so keep track of your time on the trail. It's about $5 for the entrance fee I believe.

As a rock climber, I think some tracks are challenging but overall the level is not high enough. For anyone that doesn’t climb or do this kind of sport regularly, you will have fun!

The diversity in parcours was very nice. Ranging from beginners to extreme, the choice was available to everyone. The helmets are disinfected before each usage, so everything stays clean

Great fun for everyone, particularly hard to please teens! The Arbraska Mont St-Gregoire is set in a beautiful boreal forest. Used as a sugar shack in spring, it offers full serviced adventures for families. The courses are arranged by degree of difficulty, from green (easiest) to red (most difficult). My 10 years old could do all yellow courses including the Tarzan. Staff was super friendly and the courses felt very safe. Many zip lines to conquer. It was a lot of fun!

Kids loved it. Absolutely loved it. We had my son's birthday here and we brought food and cake. The park has plenty of picnic tables at your disposal only 15-30 feet from the parcours. Very safe. Everyone gets a crash course, and double tied on the ropes. Smaller kids can go on smaller parcours that are only about 6 feet of the ground. Some of the children at our party aged 5-7 were scared of heights, and after ended up watching the other kids do the courses. Just something to be aware of if planning a birthday party for smaller kids?

Very fun experience where kids and adults alike can have lots of fun. Does require one to be in half decent shape, at least for balance and mobility. We went with a bunch of adult friends and two kids and we all had a blast except one person who was not up for so much physical exertion. There are many places to rest though, which we also enjoyed.
